Intentions & Directions: Take this tincture all month long to support your body’s relaxation response during the bleed portion of your cycle and reduce cramping. Shake well before using. Take two full dropperfuls daily, all month long. During your bleed, take three dropperfuls daily and more every 30 minutes, as needed. Store in a cool, dark place out of direct sunlight.
Ingredients: Valerian tincture (valerian root, alcohol, water), cinnamon tincture (cinnamon bark, alcohol, water), cramp bark tincture (cramp bark, alcohol, water).
Valerian tincture - 1:3 fresh root. Crampbark tincture - 1:5 dried bark. Cinnamon tincture - 1:4 dried bark.
Do not use if pregnant or nursing. If you are taking any medications, or have a medical condition. consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use. Keep out of the reach of children. Ingredients are subject to change based on availability.
