Kapha
EARTH & WATER
Kapha is made up of earth and water, and it rules stability and lubrication in the body.
Because you're high in Kapha, you might tend to have wider, dense bones, luxurious features, smooth skin, and plenty of mucus. You can tend to feel more stable and grounded, perhaps even sluggish at times. You might struggle with slow digestion, excess weight, and accumulations of all sorts.
Your friends and family count on you as the reliable, steady, and endlessly patient one. Sometimes you might feel a bit greedy and stubborn. Remember that your strength lies in your ability to be truly generous and non-attached. If you can flow with life’s twists and turns with grace, you'll achieve your highest potential.
Follow our recommendations below to keep all your energy flowing in the right direction.
