Ingredient: Certified Organic Ginger

Directions For Use: ¼ to ½ teaspoon with warm water, once or twice daily, or as directed by your health practitioner.

Make a satisfying Takra ~ 1/2 cup plain organic yogurt, 1/2 cup filtered water, cardamom, ginger, cinnamon and honey to taste. Shake well and drink after meals or as a snack.
