Ingredient: Certified Organic Cinnamon

Directions For Use: ¼ to ½ teaspoon with warm water, once or twice daily, or as directed by your health practitioner.

Make a satisfying Takra ~ 1/2 cup plain organic yogurt, 1/2 cup filtered water, cardamom, ginger and cinnamon to taste. Shake well and drink after meals or as a snack.

Make your own Golden Milk before bed ~ combine 1/4 - 1/2 tsp ashwagandha with 1 cup warm milk or mylk, 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/2 tsp ground turmeric, 1/4 tsp ground cardamom and a couple twists of freshly cracked black pepper. Whisk on the stove while simmering until warmed through. Add 1 tsp ghee or coconut oil and honey to taste. Drink before bed for restful sleep.
