The whole flowers of this pretty plant are used, most commonly in teas, to soothe the mind and calm the digestive tract. Gentle enough to be used for babies as an anti-gas ingredient, this herb also works wonderfully for adults who have the occasional temper tantrum. Antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, anti-itching and anti-allergenic, Chamomile also works wonderfully in a bath or as an essential oil.
