Directions For Use: ¼ to ½ teaspoon with warm water, once or twice daily, or as directed by your health practitioner.
Put 1/2 tsp in a homemade salad dressing with olive oil, lemon, garlic and salt.
Add 1/4 to 1/2 tsp to green juices and smoothies.
