If you are not 108% satisfied with your purchase, please email email@example.com to arrange an exchange or a store credit. Exchanges and store credits are kindly welcome within 14 days of the purchase date. There are no refunds or credits given on shipping charges. Returning the product to us is on you, but we will ship the new one out free of charge.
Unfortunately, there are no returns or exchanges on tester-sized essential oils (unless they were damaged in transit), tongue scrapers (because, ew), and eye wash cups (also ew). 15 mL bottles of essential oils must be in unopened, unused condition to be returnable.
We use our friends at USPS to ship out all our packages, which means both street addresses and P.O. Boxes will work for your delivery. Shipping charges are based on the weight of your package. All packages come with a tracking number that will be emailed directly to you.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
Thunderbolt Ayurveda takes great personal care to ship each and every order safely and accurately. But, we’re just human (like you!) and sometimes stuff happens. In the case of damaged merchandise or an incorrect item being delivered, please let us know within 14 days from the original purchase date by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org so we can correct your experience. If an item arrived damaged or the incorrect item was shipped to you, we will happily pay for the return shipping charge of the item.
