Restorative + Massage + Aromatherapy

It has been a long three years and an even longer winter here in Sonoma County. Give your body, mind, and spirit a chance to relax, recalibrate and renew. Leah Kaplan and Heidi Manly will guide you through a springtime restorative sequence. Leah Kaplan completed 500 hours of teacher training with YogaWorks in Santa Monica, CA and New York City, as well as an advanced mentorship with Tony Briggs. She currently teaches group classes virtually for her seasonal subscription service, The Collective. She is also a Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist and is certified in hands-on Marma Therapy by the California College of Ayurveda. Find out more at thunderboltayurveda.com.

Heidi Manly is a graduate of the New Mexico Academy of Healing Arts and is Nationally Board Certified in Therapeutic Massage since 1995. She is also certified at the 200 Hour Level as a yoga teacher and has mentored with Master Teacher Tony Briggs since 2014. Practicing massage for over 20 years, Heidi brings her wealth of anatomical knowledge and a deeply caring nature to all of her private clients in Sonoma and Marin counties.

Abby Hanc is a certified Pilates teacher and a certified Reiki Practitioner with a background in psychology, somatic movement, and the study of altered states of consciousness. She works extensively as a myofascial release practitioner for horses and brings a wealth of knowledge on the energy systems allowing her to help bring balance back to the body.
