Mary Thompson | How to Keep Your Clients Coming Back

Do your clients fall off of your schedule and seldom seem to find their way back on it?  In this class, Mary Thompson will discuss common reasons why clients discontinue care and introduce techniques for holding clients' interest and supporting their success with the Ayurvedic protocols you introduce.  You'll leave this evening with a way to evaluate your unique challenges in this area and new tools for how to address those challenges. This course is approved for PACE credits through NAMA.

Bio: Mary Thompson, CAS, has been teaching Ayurvedic principles and running a private practice for more than 20 years.  She is currently supporting a number of Ayurvedic Health Counselors and Practitioners in improving both their client care and business acumen.  She provides recommendations that may be immediately implemented and have been employed successfully, to the benefit of both the practitioners and their clients.  Her passion is in supporting practitioners who are stepping into their dharma, bringing Ayurvedic education and health care to the West.
